Cancellation Policy

1.All bookings are non-refundable. 2. If the customer cancels the booking, they will not receive a refund. 3. If Lively Maids cancels the booking due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances,  the customer will be given the option to reschedule the booking or receive a credit for a future booking. 4. If Lively Maids cancels the booking due to non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions, the customer will not receive a refund or credit. ​ terms and conditions  1. If a customer arrives late for their booking, Lively Maids will make every effort to accommodate them,  but cannot guarantee that the full allotted time will be available. 2. If the customer arrives more then 30 minutes late for their booking,  Lively Maids reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. 3. If the customer is running late, they are encouraged to contact Lively Maids as soon as possible to notify them of their expected arrival time. 4. If Lively Maids cancels or reschedules due to the customers late arrival, the customer will be responsible for any missed fees or charges. 5. If the customer is unable to make their booking due to unexpected circumstances, they are encouraged to contact Lively Maids as soon as possible to reschedule. Damage Policy  1. The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the boat during their hire period. 2. Any damages caused by the customer will be assessed by the company and the customer will be notified of the cost of repairs. 3. If the damage is minor, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. 4. If the damage is major, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of repairs. 5. If the damage is so severe that the boat cannot be used for future hires, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the boat. 6. If the customer disputes any damage charges, the company may require an independent assessment to be carried out at the customer's expense. 7. The customer is encouraged to report any damages they notice on the boat before starting the hire to avoid any disputes. ​
